Shipping & Returns POLICY
OUR SHIPPING GUARANTEE
If you have indicated that your order is a gift for someone, we will endeavour to get it delivered to you ASAP as we process them in our systems within 24 hours of receiving the order from you!
However we have found that some delivery times can take slightly longer than expected! If your package is arriving late, please be patient! It will be worth the wait.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
At Plenti Pets, we offer a 30 day return policy to our customers. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If after your first purchase your dog doesn’t love our supplements, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that your refund only applies to the first jar/bottle of a specific type (for example, first bottle of dental formula), not the entire first order.
Unopened products may be returned within 45 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs and a $3 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

To expedite the refund process, once you have posted the package you can simply reply to the email that provided the return slip and let us know you have sent the items back.
